2022 Slocum 50 Rescheduled to July 2

It is with great sadness that we announce the cancellation of the Slocum 50 Prelude and the postponement of the 14th Annual Slocum 50.

For the first time since the race began, we are postponing the event due to Mother Nature. After having 4 full seasons of weather (70+ degrees this morning, thunderstorms, rain, sleet, snow) in one day, we received an additional shot of rain this afternoon and unfortunately it was too much.

The new date for the 14th Annual Slocum 50 is Saturday, July 2nd. All pre-purchased tickets will be refunded.

The night’s action is headlined by the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) Super Late Models battling for a $10,555 winner’s check.

305 Winged Sprint Cars and Stock Cars are also part of Saturday’s schedule.
